Senior Backend Engineer

Location: Shenzhen / hybrid remote

Responsibilities

• Join requirements reviews; own module design, implementation, self-testing, and documentation.
• Optimize SQL, caching, and queues; troubleshoot production performance and stability.
• Partner with frontend and QA on API standards and release workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of backend experience; strong PHP or Go and MySQL.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and permission models.
• Comfortable with Git and reading English technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Laravel / ThinkPHP or microservice decomposition.
• Hands-on with high concurrency, distributed locks, or message queues.
